Helpful Hints for placing an order:We suggest you open the order form in one window or tab and browse your selections in another. That way you can select your items as you browse. On most pages when you click on the order form link it will automatically open in a new window or tab.

How to Choose a PhotographTo Choose a Photograph first go to the Photography Catalog Home Page to choose a photographer's collection. Each photographer has their own Photograph Collection; listed in order of Ann Malkamaki, Gayle Malkamaki, Lynné Weyand, and Lisa Ford. Each photograph collection has its own unique look, but all four collections are setup uniformly, with the same page layout. To open a photographer's collection go to the Photograph Collection page, choose a photographer's banner, and click on it. Once in a photographer's collection you can browse through their photographs either by thumbnail pictures or pages featuring larger pictures, six per page.

Browse by SubjectBrowse through the photos by subject (meaning the subject featured in the photo, for example “Butterflies.”) Then once there you can navigate through the back and next buttons. Or if you wish to return to the photographer's front page to choose another subject, simply click on the Photographer's Name Banner at the top of the page or the Return to Photographer's Collection button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the front page of that person's section, where you can browse by subject or refer to other means.

How to Fill Order using Add to CartTo Order Using PayPal Shopping Cart simply choose the item you wish you order from the drop down menu, located below your photograph choice.
To View your Cart please click on the View Cart Button at any time.
You can then enter your quantities on PayPal's secure server.
Please make sure all your information is correct when you checkout.
The use of PayPal offers more options for payment, including PayPal accounts, Bank Accounts, and Major Credit Cards.

How to Fill Out the Online Order FormPlease open the first page of the Online Order Forms located here. (clicking on this link on most pages will open the form in a new window or tab for your convenience in ordering).
Fill out the order form with your information: First and Last Name, E-mail Address, Shipping Address, Billing Address if different from Shipping Address, and Phone Number.
Please make sure this information is accurate or else we will not be able to process your order properly.
Then choose a payment option from the drop down menu. We accept PayPal, Credit Cards through PayPal, US Checks, and US Money Orders. For PayPal and Credit Cards we will invoice you for the payment of the order.
Then select the options for your first Product. Please choose from the drop down menu the type of Photo Product you would like.
Then please choose an artist from the drop down menu (Choose from Ann Malkamaki, Gayle Malkamaki, Lynne Weyand, and Lisa Ford.)
Then type in the number of your Photograph Choice. The Artist's Initials and Number of the Photo create a Photo code. The Number is what you should enter here. For example in the Photo Below AMM = Ann Malkamaki. Please enter either the number 10 in the Box or Type the whole code in the box AMM10.
If you wish to order more items in this form, please continue with however many items you would like to order up to 10 items on this form.
If your order is complete please check the box, if not leave this blank and continue by submitting order. You will be guided to a second page to add to your order if you wish. Please fill out additional forms accordingly, following the same routine. Once order is complete please check the order complete box and click sumbit order.
Upon receiving your order we will process the information and send you an Order Confirmation E-mail, with Payment instructions. We will then process and ship your order upon confirmation of payment.

How to order Products by mailYou will find a PDF Form Link on this Page. You will need to have Adobe Reader to view with file. If you wish to use this option please do one of two things to open the PDF file. Either click to open the link and then select print from your Internet program. Or Right Click and select Save Target As, save and print the PDF file from your computer.
Once you have printed the order forms please write in your information: First and Last Name, E-mail Address, Shipping Address, Billing Address if different from Shipping Address, and Phone Number...
We accept US Checks and US Money Orders for mail in orders. Sorry we can only process international orders online using Paypal.
Then select the options for your first product. Select your size and write in Photograph Code. Photograph Code is the Number on the Picture (artist's initials and number). Please print out additional order forms as needed. Please total your order (sales tax applies for Pennsylvania Residents). Make check payable to Little Mountain Graphics and Design, and send to the following address:

Upon receiving your order we will process the information and send your order upon confirmation of payment. Please be advised this process may take a few days longer than ordering online do to shipping from you to us to you.
