 Little Mountain Graphics and Design hopes to bring you creative photographs and jewelry, quality photography services that you like to refer others to, and photograph prints you want to share with loved ones.  

Throughout these terms and conditions Little Mountain Graphics and Design is owned and operated by and also synonymous with Blake and Ann Malkamaki
and Pics By Lis is owned and operated by and also synonymous with Lisa M. Ford.

 Use of Information

 Please be assured Little Mountain Graphics and Design and little-mountain.com will never sell or give away your information, or use it for anything other than processing your order or answering questions or queries; unless ordered to reveal it to the law in an official court investigation.

Your information on a regular
basis would be shared with third parties on a regular basis only to process your order with the following;

Payment through PayPal or cashing your check/money order at the bank
Shipping/Mailing Address through shipping company: generally the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.

Other Information collected is not personably identifiable, such as cookies. We do not have access to any information other than a count of how many people visit our site. To delete cookies please delete them from your temporary internet file on your system.

Portrait/Custom Photographs may be used as samples or advertising as per your signed contract/agreement prior to shoot. Your personal contact info will never be associated with these.

Photographs are copyrighted to the original photographers/artists, and are licensed to Little Mountain Graphics and Design to reproduce for our products and web site design.

The shopping cart, some of the "View Cart" or "Add to Cart" buttons, and PayPal logos are provided by PayPal. You can read their Terms and Privacy Policy on their site, www.paypal.com. Credit Card Logos are provided by the companies listed or PayPal.

All other works on little-mountain.com/photos are original creations by Little Mountain Graphics and Design = Ann and Blake Malkamaki and Pics By Lis = Lisa M. Ford.

Our "Photos" Site is designed by Pics By Lis, Lisa M. Ford.

We also hope that everything works properly, but sometimes technology has a few bugs. If you have any trouble with anything Lisa can fix, please feel free to e-mail lisa@picsbylis.com and she shall try her best to resolve any issues.

Of course with every business and site, please understand that the site is provided "as is" and that by using the site you agree not to hold Little Mountain Graphics and Design, Ann, Blake, Pics By Lis, or Lisa responsible or liable for any damages resulting; including but not limited to viruses, mistakes, etc .

Little Mountain Graphics and Design and Pics By Lis are not responsible for third parties, their web sites, or links, etc. Please read their terms and conditions.

 Online Proofs

By using the site you also agree
to not hold Little Mountain Graphics and Design and/or Pics By Lis responsible if you are unable to preview photos, view your online proofs, for whatever reason, included but not limited to times when the site is down for updates or server issues, or if you are unable to get on your online proofs.

Online Proofs are only posted for the time given; proofs are generally 90 days. If you wish to have them posted longer there generally is a small fee to help pay for the space required.

By using Little Mountain Graphics and Design's services you agree that Little Mountain Graphics and Design is neither responsible nor liable if you cannot view your proofs due to lack of internet connection, internet trouble, or computer trouble. Of course we try to be accommodating and understanding, but please try to visit a friend's or any public library will surely help you get on the site.

By using Little Mountain Graphics and Design's photography and design services, you agree that is it the customer/client's obligation to find the means and media to view your online proofs.

Also, though we try our best to please, we cannot guarantee you will like or dislike  your proofs, as everyone has their own opinion. There is no refund for services or products provided for this reason.


 Photography Shoot and/or Design Fees and Refunds

The "Shooting Fee" for a Little Mountain Graphics and Design photography shoot, is generally at least half up front, and must be paid in advance or at the time of the shoot/design and is non-refundable.

Once you view your proofs and place an order, and we confirm the order, orders will be placed upon payment confirmation. If a customer confirms an order, and pays at least half in advance the order will not be cancelled and the first half is non-refundable whether you want your prints or not.

 Damaged Products

Also products are provided "as is". Any damage incurred after products are received; such has tearing, water damage, etc, is beyond Little Mountain Graphics and Design's responsibility. However, if your order is damaged during the original shipping to you, please contact us and we will work out an exchange with you.

 Online Store

The Online Store now has a shopping cart. The shopping cart is provided by PayPal. You can purchase products using your PayPal account or various credit cards or a bank card. Little Mountain Graphics and Design does not have access to your payment information. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.

Any information that Little Mountain Graphics and Design retains will be used only to process your order(s) and in our records for future orders, exchanges, etc. Information will not be shared with any third parties as stated in the terms above.

If you prefer not to pay online we request that you e-mail your order to order@little-mountain.com or fill out the traditional order form and mail it to us. This will require a longer period of time due to responses, your payment of US check or money order, confirmation of payment, and so forth.

 Design Licensing

Web site and/or graphics designs are granted a limited license, they are licensed to Little Mountain Graphics and Design to use in designing Little Mountain Graphics and Design web site. Please contact Pics By Lis at lisa@picsbylis.com if you have any further questions about these.

All photographs are licensed to Little Mountain Graphics and Design by their copyright owners and original photographers. We respectfully request that they are used for these purposes only, unless otherwise agreed upon by written permission.

 Estimated Time Tables
We will work on your order as quickly as possible, but are not responsible for delays due to prior and/or other obligations. Services are provided on a first come first serve basis, and your order might be after another’s.

Please be assured we shall try to get process your order as soon as possible. Little Mountain Graphics and Design services and products follow the terms above, including but not limited to “not responsible for viruses, mistakes, etc.” Please check for any mistakes and notify us of them.

We strive to accommodate your ideas and photography likes, however, Little Mountain Graphics and Design cannot guarantee that we shall be able to work all of those into your shoot.

 Agreement

By using this site, and/or Little Mountain Graphics and Design Products and/or Services you agree to these terms.

You acknowledge that this agreement may be changed and/or updated at any time without notifying you, please see this page for current terms.

This agreement may be substituted for and treated as a contract between you and Little Mountain Graphics and Design.

If you agreed upon and signed terms to a job the most current terms apply.

Prices are subject to change without notification and orders are subject to the most current prices, unless otherwise agreed upon.
