Besides our herd of dairy cows, God has placed into my care; one Horse, three Cows, two Heifers, four Calves, two Pygmy Goat Kids, about 50 Chickens, 7 Peeps, 3 Roosters, One Mama Cat, Two Kittens, Two Muscovey Ducklings, and one Sheltie Collie, not to mention a fairly tame, but wild, family of kestrels, a family of Sawhet Owls, and a pigeon hawk.

My camera is often referred to, by loving family and friends, as an extension of my hand. I like to photograph the day to day happenings upon the farm that stand apart, unique in the moment; nature's curiosities, children's smiles, critter close-ups, colorful skies…. Capturing a memory to reflect upon when the mind needs reminding. I am often found wandering in the pasture or the woods, frequently crawling on my hands and knees to greet the flora and the fauna from a macro point of view
